Guess what Genius, I am in law school, and judging by what is seen in this video, I could throw out every thing the police officer finds on this guy. Based on the video, nothing is admissible as evidence in a criminal court case. Of course, cops will make arrests to get contraband off the street, but again, based on this video, nothing is admissible in court.

@John2070 I'm certain the video has been edited for TV. The full video would probably be more appropriate for your classroom than my living room. I would imagine that cops who are being filmed would take every necessary precaution to ensure that their actions follow the book. Just because we don't see it in this video doesn't mean that the officer didn't take the appropriate steps to secure this evidence.

@John2070 I am also in law school, and I agree. Actually, the reason why all this can be thrown out evidence-wise is because this is BS from the start. Real people getting filmed with a camera and are aware of it. They will look at the cam and feel uncomrtable which is not what happens here. The whole thing looks so staged, so they took liberties with the "legal" constrains coming with putting a suspect under arrest.
