If you want a souvenir from a celebrity encounter, I think videotaping, following, and pestering is the wrong way to go. Why not just respect them enough to leave them alone to enjoy their evening? Then you can go away with the memory of having peacefully coexisted with a celebrity, rather than a memory of having pissed them off or made their evenings just a little bit worse.
