@VisserIsLive Try to stretch every night and everyday and stretch until it hurts. And if you're unable to make some saves you may want to use a reaction ball to quicken you're reactions and if you're unable to reach them I have the same problem as I'm only 5"6', what I did for that problem is do a ton of squats so strengthen my dives.
