@amandatieu1 Whatever is the cheapest, depends on what arrangement the retailer of these use but its usually UPS ground 5-7 days and its the lowest cost, sometimes free depending on who and what store you buy from.. look for my other video on these, i got an entire flat from pyrodirect on sale and shipping was only like $7.99 for a huge box of 30 boxes of these and they were on sale.

@justeenpaige i tried those before, these are about the same.... the camera doesn't really pick up very well, they are both pretty loud but not quite as loud as a firecracker.

ATTENTION: i received word on the pop-pops, loud adult snappers..... they are no longer going to allow these to be imported into the US, when they are sold out, they are gone forever, get them while you can, this means everywhere, not just on the pyro creations site, every retailer.... when they are sold out, they are gone, i may order some more just to hold on to them.

@BMS10296 i apologize, on the pyrocreations website, under the novelty section, they list Marv's super snappers, the adult snappers, those are not what he sends you, he will send you the pop-pops, the ones in the blue box, the same ones in my video here, i am going to send him an E-mail to see if he will change the picture because it confuses his customers.... the pop-pops are the new ones and they replaced the old Marv's brand that he has on the website, he just didn't change the picture.

@Killer2043 right, smoke balls and snappers are not really considered fireworks, they are novelty.... in that case, you should be able to get the high powered snappers you see in my video, what i like to do with these is put them in a sling shot and shoot them at trees or whatever... lots of fun, you can't do that with the cheap paper ones, these are as loud as firecrackers... they may be expensive but are well worth the price, they work great under a car tire! scares the crap out of people.

@Killer2043 i did some checking with my pyro sources and since the 911 attacks, New York, New York city, New Jersey, Delaware, Massachusetts and Rhode Island all have a ban on ALL fireworks.... i did not know all these states had a new ban, basically, you are going to have a hard time finding someone that will ship to your location, your only chance would be if you traveled to Pennsylvania and brought them back but thats taking a big chance.... sorry for the bad news.

@Killer2043 as far as i know they are legal in most states, not sure about Hawaii or states like Delaware, Rhode Island or New York city though but i had mine shipped to me in the mail from Tennessee because he had a good discount when i bought them in quantity. go to the website listed in the description, he will tell you if he can ship or not.
