It's good that you're using your wrist but try to use your wrist for picking notes. Use your arm for chords and strumming. Your gonna kill your wrist if you keep doing that.

Good but like everyone else is saying, you need to use your wrist more as a pose to your whole arm, AND the way you're holding the pick looks really awkward. Try and relax the fingers that aren't holding the pick a bit more.
