  • this has got to be one of the greatest lectures i've ever heard!

  • This is awesome stuff! Liked the part about state dependent memory.

  • gets kinda boring

  • Thanks for sharing!

    I find this useful!

  • A theory portaining to memory, dendrites create new synaptic connections when memories are created. If attention shifts and is not re-activted dendrites move to new locations or die back. However I think it is possible that the synapse created, leaves a scar or key on the neuron. So when you re-learn or work hard to remember a new dendrite or the same dendrite seeks out and locks back onto the previouse synapse site. Thus creating the connections that allow you to recal the information.

  • I think this is pretty elaborate personally. It seems to me that every major point is clearly presented and all the necessary imformation given. Maybe I should have went to berkley instead. :P

  • these are good lectures, but there should be more detail about what is on each one.. as when i was looking for specific concepts, i tried fast forwarding a few times and it kept freezinf my computer
