So, what exactly is the rapid pause trick? I understand it onvolves pressing start rapidly, but what is the advantage gained in terms of time?

it is allowed on SDA speed run so i don't see y not to use it

I just think it would ruin the speed run it just looks nasty, dont get me wrong it is a great find and it should be used, I personally would just rather challenge my own times rather than go for leaderboard times mainly as I would get annoyed doing the rapid pausing. It is such a strange glitch though, I have no idea what possesed someone to try it.

i don't really care about the leaderborads seeing as i don't have live yet i'm only doing this for the SDA run and i hope it will get accepted when i'm done i only use it in 2 level this 1 and 1-2 for a total of 8 times and that is it
