I was suspicious of Monckton from the start. He was Margaret Thatcher "advisor". Him being aginst Copenhagen reaty, but at the same time claiming that the constitution validates the treaty would really be a slick way to convince people that it is actually calid under law, even if it was not. Trust noone :).
