Try aromatherapy. Sounds kind of hokey, but it really does work :] If I can't sleep, i listen to Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata or sleep tapes (the ones that sort of hypnotize you). No drugs required! All though they do tend to help.. I hope you sleep well soon! <3
