Yes, it's on PS2, but I had no idea how to work it until I watched this.

I have a question, though. On the Recording Studio (not this GH Mixer, but the option above it on the menu) How do you record w/ just a guitar. It says to push the left d-pad button, but my ps2 guitar doesn't have a d-pad, and I'm not sure any of them do, except maybe the wii version.

Guitar Hero Makers are fucking genius' s im a musician myself and i record bands etc, but i hate the fact everyone says this is sad or whatever but tbh its not logic pro9 or cubase studio 5 its Guitar hero world tour its a game, and for what it is its pretty decent epspecially as most people that play the game have the opptunity to write and record and get more involved!

why don't the people who made guitar hero add broadband to the game guitar hero for ps2. you could play with your friends and download songs just like you can on the xbox 360, wii ect. i bet that they would make more money and it would be wise in there investing. its is not fair that people have ps2's have nothing to do after they beat that game. no one wants to spend 300 to 400 dollars on a new video game system when they already have one just to get new stuff it is not fair i tell. you.

the reason is that the ps3, 360, and wii all have one central network for that system that is maintained by the company who made the system. the ps2 relies on the company who publishes the game to make their own 3rd party network, such as Gamespy. that is not as reliable as the single network.

People, stop posting comments like, "Buy a real guitar", or "Why play Guitar hero while you can play real guitar?", Look, GH and real guitar playing are two whole different things. A GH controller is just a controller SHAPED like a guitar, with buttons (and a strum bar). A real guitar is a real guitar (duh) with strings. For an example, Nintendo can make a new version of the GC controller, and shape it like a guitar. Same thing for the guitar hero controller, it's not a guitar. It looks like it.
