I like this but it sounds pretty low-quality. Not saying it to rip on you, it's a really good composition; it's not easy doing a song in a different style while keeping the feel of the original.

The drums need a bass boost, the first thing I noticed. The piano and guitar sound way too MIDI in my opinion. Obviously I don't know how you created this version so don't know what tools you had access to, but if you could redo it with higher quality samples it'd be A LOT more enjoyable to listen to.
