Im failing one of my classes and if i dont pass the class i will get kicked out of the best school in the stae. This may sound dumb and pathetic but i know god will help me through this. Even a small miracle like that can impact my life greatly. I know he will help me. I have faith in Jesus christ my savior.

Science can now explain most of the things that religion made up. Like how old the earth is for example. The bible says 10,000 years, geology says 4.55 billion years (plus or minus about 1%). The bible says the earth is flat, and the sun revolves around the earth. That was wrong too.

@ladtheman1360 I know that the god of the old testament doesn't sound like the nicest guy around, but he does it for his glory, which beyond all else is important. Now don't think of me as some lowly servant who idolizes the mean old big boss, because when i say that i know it sounds like i am. However, giving god glory gives us satisfaction beyond all else, we look for satisfaction in sex, drugs, being famous, but it's never enough. But god is and always will be.

Like there was this looming sack of boulders over my head. It was so stressful and annoying but i was too afraid to even think about it. The Tuskegee Airman does better than a Care Bear movie because it has tension, then release. Could you imagine how boring life would be without any dissonance? Jesus is the greatest gift that God gave us. God gave us what we needed most. A savior who will reconcile us back to Him. So we need to accept Jesus in our life. ;-)

I've been growing up in a christian family. I've always wanted to believe but I doubted God's glory. It was not until this year that I have been tested and that everything seemed to overwhelm me. I have sinned way too long. I want to change now. I found this song and started to cry. This is the person I trust. Everything leads to this moment. I feel saved.

God gave you the will to chose your path... don't get mad at Him because he knows what will happen on any path you choose.. it's up to you to choose the right one! But, it is YOUR choice. @thecmann1234 Science tries to figure it out and LEARN. Religion makes up stories about how the earth was created, how humans were created, and why things do what they do. Science can now explain most of the things that religion made up. Like how old the earth is for example. The bible says 10,000 years, geology says 4.55 billion years (plus or minus about 1%). The bible says the earth is flat, and the sun revolves around the earth. That was wrong too.

@ladtheman1360 Atheism is the rejection of all types of evidence as it pertains to God and the supernatural. Natural selection and bilological evolution is evidence of God. Means are prepared in advance of ends. Evolution has targets and a source. The universe requires cause and conservation, that's evidence. The laws of nature are intentional, intentionality is evidence of Mind. Natural selection can't find any traction to select, test, or improve intentionality or consciousness.

The ancient piece of text you believe in tries to explain how everything began. There is no possible way they could have known 2000 years ago if we still do not know today. The universe certainly did not begin with an invisible man creating the world in six days, and we are not all inbred (Adam and Eve). Let science take over.

@ladtheman1360 I know that the god of the old testament doesn't sound like the nicest guy around, but he does it for his glory, which beyond all else is important. Now don't think of me as some lowly servant who idolizes the mean old big boss, because when i say that i know it sounds like i am. However, giving god glory gives us satisfaction beyond all else, we look for satisfaction in sex, drugs, being famous, but it's never enough. But god is and always will be.

Like there was this looming sack of boulders over my head. It was so stressful and annoying but i was too afraid to even think about it. Nothing is perfect, therefore god and the belief in god doesn't make sense.
