Hello, you are nice to me :), but, I dont think it is something hard - Gimp has similar features as Photoshop. In this particular work, there were only few layers and only very few steps to do with their adjustment. Maybe more important thing than skills is to choose interesting photo itself and do with it not many adjustments, but just a few to bring up the right atmosphere. regards to all of you thank you for your kind comments

that is the best work i have ever seen in GIMP! you are fantastic! i wish you could make a tutorial, it would help make draw pictures for Deviantart. :D
