this is bullshit. one time i saw them block a fire departments ambulance and not give a shit. I am waiting for the next one and go out with a bunch of friends with paintball guns. Let's see how funny you think that is.

Endangering people is not at all what critical mass is about. Those people were probably just assholes. I've ridden the mass twice and occasionally there are people who are doing dumb shit but otherwise its a bunch of people having fun, just trying to make a difference.  Shooting random people with paintball guns would just make you an asshole and put more people (just like the person in the ambulance) in danger.
