thats not true, your skin needs water to flush out impurities & toxins just like the rest of your organs do, water helps keep it glowing, if your body became water deprived your skin would start to look very pale and have a dull cast to it...not something we want now do we

According to Dr.Oz, you don't need to drink 8 glasses a day. that's way too much. Our bodies are made up of 50% water. 2 or 3 glasses a day will do. I mean water is good and all that, but there is such a thing of drinking too much.
