  • Magic moment at 2:04

  • Pourquoi comparer ????? Freddie, Brian, John et Paul sont excellents, bouleversants et inoubliables ...............

  • Come on Queen people! SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!

  • it's ok.But, here's hopin you guys put up the original!!

  • Ugh people back then where so lucky to have singers like him!

now we have justin bieber ugh

  • very very good!!!

  • very very good!!!

  • To those people who think that Brian, Roger and John are "average" musicians.............they wrote 108 of the 179 Queen songs! One man does not "make" a great band. Freddie had the voice and the persona on stage that is not to be denied but having great musicians behind him is what made Queen what it was and yes....I saw Queen with Freddie several times and Queen with Paul several times.

  • @simplyplaid it is very sad to see Paul and Queen, not together any more, very sad !!!! best band very put together .. i have been to many Queen shows and when Paul joined them they have become a very special band , Freddy yes was a good singer but will never be a Paul Rodgers, sure there are the gay followers Queen has !! i Seen this band in Ukraine And two other places and with Paul and his song with Queens Songs,God Dam !!! there is no band that even comes close to put the show on like them !

  • @MrOvation1 Its the other way around,Paul Rodgers (one of my favourite singers of all times) would be never ever a Freddie Mercury.Gay followers? Queen has been,is and would be forever one of the best 3 bands of all times.Paul is great, but Freddie is GOD.

  • @MrOvation1 "Freddie Mercury will never be a Paul Rodgers"..you really make me laugh...So you think that Freddie had, has and will always have "followers" gay??? Poor child of you..don't forget to say "hy" to your little friend Bieber.Who knows maybe tomorrow will say that Bieber or any other loser from this days is better then Freddie Mercury!

This Paul..he can only dream to be a half of the talent that was and remains forever, Freddie Mercury....and for that dream he needs to pay!!!!

  • feel like making love with red special

  • they dont get old they just get better.

  • That was fantastic good work by Paul Rodgers.

  • Freddy Mercury/Paul Rodgers...who cares?! These songs rock!

  • Paul Rodgers doesn't try to emulate Freddy, and this is good. The only good thing at all...

This song is Freddy. It doesn't match Paul's voice. As a matter fo fact, it sounds very unfit in anybody else's voice as such as many other Freddy's songs.

I think this group should not call themselves QUEEN. Without Freddy they just are a common group, because they always were only Fred Mercury's support band.

    They mean noyhing without him...

  • @PChemato wow, ''...only freddie mercury's support band''? '' they mean nothing without him''? that's kinda disrespectfull to brian, roger and john. accidently Brian won an award yesterday for his sublime guitar style. of course freddie was a big part of Queen, but you can't say that john, brian and roger were just '' freddie's support band''

  • @metallica144 Freddy was the CREATIVE FORCE behind them. There are thousands of drummers and guitar players like Roger, Brian and John, but Freddy was unique. Queen became a "self-cover" band, they don't manage to compose and release any good stuff without Fred. This is what matters.

  • @PChemato You don't like it because you're old and there's no references about the war in it.

  • @PChemato I very much doubt that Freddie would agree with you that Brian, Roger, and John were only ever his "support band".

  • @TheClassica87 Brian, Roger and John are but average musicians. Freddie stands aside with Lennon, Macca and Pete Townshend. Freddie would have done great with any other guys just like the Beatles would have had any average drummer.

    The opposite is not true.

  • Bom, pelo menos no violão, o Paul Rodgers é melhor que o Freddie. Estranho seria se não fosse...

  • I think Paul Rodgers does a great job - I like the fact he's not trying to imitate Freddie.

Each and every one of us has a choice to go to the concerts after Freddie, free choice is a wonderful thing, isn't it? I for one chose nót to go to the 'new' concerts because, even if itho Brian and Roger are still there, it isn't the original Queen anymore. Which is not to say that I don't lóve to hear Brian and Roger do solo-work or work with others. I'll always love Queen.

  • to all those who say that Paul Rodgers shouldn't be singing Queen songs, Freddie Mercury loved Free and Bad Company, so I imagine he would have been happy to know that Paul Rodgers did his songs so well

  • S.U.C.K.S.

  • Nobody is like Freddie. They know it well, and this is why they aren't trying to find somebody similar. Paul is different but very good!

  • damn he sucks so much, this is so impiously irreverent.

  • Paul Rodgers didn't try to be Freddie Mercury. that's why he didn't sound trying hard. he was just trying to enjoy the moment with the great band that's Queen.

  • thank god im not the only one. paul rodgetrs is a mix between chuck norris and robert dwney jnr in iron man.

  • Man I read a lot of bad reviews about how Paul Rodgers was a bad choice for Queen's music. While he's not Freddie (and no one can be), he's freakin' awesome. I would have loved to see them perform.

  • Freddie Forever

  • paul rogers has this great swagger in his voice and in the way he walks that is perfect for this song. some of the queen+pr is not my favorite, but paul adds a different aspect that makes it good in a completely different way. Call it groovin'

  • Ready Freddie!

  • that's weird but cool paul rodgers has

  • Me encanta el 3:28 !! =)

  • *insert chuck norris comment here*

  • Freddy would be proud

  • I Don't get all the "Chuck Norris" comments about Paul Rogers ?

    (Someone feel me in here..Please!)

Anyways...with Any band that has a singer step in

after the Original has passed away,

many If not most Always dog & put him &/or the band down for it,

    Get Over It!!!

They (the Band) is Not trying to Replace their friend and singer,

just still wanting to share what Once was with the Fans (Old & New)

Its a Tribute and Should be appreciated for what it is.

  • come on he looks more gorgeous than chuck norris! agree?

  • Just shut up and listen to a song performed bij a great band and a good singer instead off some wanker behind a laptop waving his arms and playing some stupid shitty song off his hard drive.

  • @Dasher1976 I've got a feeling you're going to be defending my band's new "Crazy Little Thing" video in exactly the same way - (Just shut up and listen to a song performed by a great band and a good singer). Some people are surprised how good we sound and they're starting to leave some negative comments on our channel. Can we help it if our version is even better than the original?

  • @number1covers hahahahahaha that video cracked me up

  • ese piiiiiiiiii de paul rodgers es mas xanta q un huevo duro freddy le da una pata por el poto a ese

  • has anyone even thought of making a comment on how awesome those guitars are??!?!?!?!

  • digan lo que digan queen es la mejor banda de rock que a existido.......insuperable

  • why is everyone still commenting on this, they are, unfortunatly, not playing together anymore so theres no need for the old tired arguments about who was best!! i saw them live and they were fantastic, its very blinkered to not be able to accept something new and enjoy it for what it is, in my opinion theres no better singer on earth than paul, but i admit to being very biased about that! :-)

  • sorry but i dont like this, This is nothing copared with the inmortal Freddie Mercury (sorry for my english).

  • freddie, would want the show to go on.....its not the same....but its a tribute to him and thats just fine.

  • There is no Queen without Freddie, this is some kind of tribute only. Just listen first 20 seconds of Paul Rogers (chuck norris) and then switch to Freddie, heh you'll not be able to stop listening Freddie he was a crazy little thing of amazing.

  • Well thanks to Queen and Paul Rodgers people who aren't old to have seen Queen in the 70s and 80s, OR Bad Company and Free, like me had a chance to hear some fantastic music from some of the most talented musicians in the world. All the old farts who have a problem with it should get a grip. Maybe if you had shelled out the cash and saw them live you would change your opinion.

  • Comment removed

  • John Deacon had the vision to accept that when Freddie went there was 2 funerals.

I just think this tarnishes the phenomenon that was queen and then they do the unthinkable and let Robbie fucking Williams ruin we are re the champions FFS lads bow out gracefully and leave the memory of queen and freddie where it should be! in our hearts and memories.

  • agree

  • I love the sound they put out, Rodgers is awesome, the guitarist awesome, the drummer awesome, what a sound, this is how rock should sound.

  • Hmmm... Paul Rodgers sure has an odd taste in trousers.

  • Team Freddie. Fact is, there is no Queen any longer. When Freddie died the band ceased to exist. Sad thing is that no one told Brian and the rest of the band. Consider Led Zepplin. It would have been WAY easire to "replace" Jon Bonnom but they simply didn't. They just noticed the band was over.

  • @faithandpractice totally agree with you. this is really bad taste, their exhibition is ridicolous and they shouldn't use the name of Queen like that. this is not Queen, this is an offence to what they have been.

  • You haters need to move on. Paul is not trying to replace Freddy. He's putting his spin on some really good music. He has a great voice and fits in well with the others. Take your blinders off, give the music a chance, and you may be pleasantly surprised. The remaining members embraced his talent. Who are you to put it down? Get over yourselves!

  • Queen + Chuk Norris jajaja xD

QUEEN= La mejor banda de la historia de la musica

Paul Rodgers= excelente, tiene cancha, a la altura de queen

que ganas de verlos en vivo

  • 2:06 they should scream Ready Chuck!!.. XD

  • Queen + Chuck Norris!! XD

  • 2:06

  • All the comments ... yes ok I get it. Freddie Freddie Freddie. But what about Brian and Roger? Should they just disappear because no one can be Freddie? Ugh. I must say, even without Freddie, there's something greatly satisfying hearing Brian and his old lady living on.

  • @daward2 had Brian, Roger, Deacon and Freddie never met im sure they all would have gone in different directions and lead their own bands. Brian, Roger and Freddie are all amazing singer. So i always felt bad for them cause not only did they lose one of their best friends in Freddie but their musical careers pretty much ended in terms of bands

  • PAUL RODGERS = CHUCK NORRIS JAJAJAJAJAJAJ

  • Pauls guitar freaky but aweosme

  • I don't think that you'll see Sheffield Arena that busy again, it was rammed in 2008 when they played.

P.S. Love the fat guy dancing at 3:06

  • People who say it's not Queen without Freddie are pissing me off now. It's Queen + Paul Rodgers. There were other people in Queen too you know!

  • 3:02 - 3:25

  • Paul you were hot with Bad Co and you bring a new life to Queen... good choice Brian. No body could replace Freddie.... but this is a damn good choice.

    LOVE IT

  • AWESOME!

  • Yea, Paul Rodger is awesome, I can't think of anyone else who would be more suited, maybe George Michael but he doesn't have his shit together.

  • Queen + Chuck Norris? xD

  • Let's be honest.

There is no QUEEN without Freddie...

  • Paul Rodgers sings the shit out of Queen songs and I wasn't too excited when I 1st heard. He just has "it". He's definitely no FM but does an outstanding job.

  • @djcboston No he doesn`t

  • this rocks!

  • He has a different voice and he's good but i think that only George Michael could replace Freddy.

  • boooooooooooooo rodgers

  • Paul Rodgers looks good for someone born at the beginning of the last century.

  • "Ready Freddy!!"

    3:29 lol =)

  • Booo!

  • Paul is a great singer, if brian puts him there then we should listen respectfully what he does.. to me is diffrent than freddie and very interesting his phrasing, I don`t expecting to sing Love of my LIfe, but in here he does a great job.. really great.

  • cavedweller1996 that is fucking funny cause he does

  • 3:05 lol

    great solo

  • why'd queen choose paul as a replacement?

  • he looks like chuck norris!!

  • cuz the man can sing and he loved freddie

  • cause i'm ready

    READY FREDDIE

  • 1:35 - 1:38.. nice one Brian :)

  • This song is well sung by Paul but not hold a candle to Freddie!

  • Sasvim je u redu.

  • That is my dad clapping like a maniac at 0:23 lol...

  • i like how at 2:04, paul throws his hand up for the crowd to sing "Ready Freddie" as an honor payment to freddie mercury

  • i cant think in a better singer for queen after freddy, paul add his own touch to the band, they sound great!!

  • This is my favorite queen song... I think Paul sings it great. Of course, I love Paul...

  • Paul`s got a blues in his voice,wonderful singer.

  • you know im 16 years old but unfotunatly i never saw freddie live but what i hear about freddies opinon on paul and his judgement of his singing abilityswell FUCKING HELL but paul lives up to his reputation

  • @darthdude1016 my friend, watching freddie sing live was like watching all the angels in heaven sing togethet, and now hes one of those angels

  • Brian May's a bad ass, check out his counter-part at 3:30, .....just lett'in the "Red Special" do the talk'in!!

  • I could sing with Queen, and the music would still ROCK the heavens for Christ's sake!!! .....lighten up dude ......it's only rock and roll, but it's the best rock and roll on the planet!! "Queen Rocks"!!! no matter who is sing';in....

  • Actually, YOU SUCK... Freddy is on record saying Paul Rodgers was one of his favorite singers and they were even friends. Paul does a great job at adding his own flavor to the band. He's not trying to be or sound like Freddy, so lighten up and enjoy it man.

  • Im not sure how this make me suck. I never said anythign about his friendship with freddie or that he didn't like him. I just hate the way paul rogers sings this song

  • I LOVE Paul, but

    firstly, it's "Freddie" not "Freddy"

and they weren't friends - they met once on some stairs.

  • @straightshooter74 when two rock stars meet, thats all it takes

  • You think PAUL RODGERS is a wannabe? Paul doesnt "wannabe" anyone, hes one of the greatest vocalists EVER! Sure, noone can sing Queen like Freddie, but Paul does a great job and has great respect. I mean, Free are my favourite band, and for me noone can play their songs on guitar like Paul Kossoff, but I would never call Brian a wannabe, hes a legend. Freddie loved Paul, Brian and Roger choose him, you think you know better than them? If you dont like it fine, but calling Paul a wannabe? C'mon!

  • 2:05 Best of the song

  • I LOVE QUEEN SOLO!!!!!

  • Paul Rodgers is very good.

  • i dont like him :(

  • plus too....I really dig the extra chord change at 2:20 as well,....good groove!!!

  • Brian is so much like a fine wine,.....just gets better with age!!! Such crisp and clear licks, with a whole lotta soul. The guy is a fucking genius, always gets my toes-a tapp'in.....ROCK-ON Brother......

  • this is what i call real music!

  • ready Freddie??? :D

  • is brian playing a red 'replica'?

  • 2:03 ı like it made me cry

not awful this performans but never like freddie

  • This is okay but Freddie was better siniging this one. Paul is good though.

  • i have one of brian's ACTUAL six pences

  • Awesome.

  • I'm kinda pissed that Paul went on with a guitar like freddie.

  • well get over it and enjoy the music you turd

  • You sure can! Brian and Roger didn't seem too pissed off though, and something tells me they knew Freddie a bit better than you did. That should tell you about your opinion.

  • I think this song fits Paul Rodgers quite good. It's always difficult to do songs written for/by somebody as Freddie. He was a very special artist. So doing his songs is not always easy, but this fits Paul voice and musical interpretation rather well.

  • he is a great singer but no 1 will ever be as good as freddie

  • Absolutely without a doubt the best front man Queen could have today, and Freddie's favorite in the past. Paul could easily win American Idol if he was under 30!!

  • Paul Rodgers's face looks like Chuck Norris XD

  • All Paul vs Freddie comments aside (because they're irrelevant anyways) Brian May KILLS it in this version wow, just awesome

  • Comment removed

  • I was totally against paul rodgers joining queen at first and thought roger taylor and brian may were gutless traitors for going on without the one and only freddie. but the more i listen, I'm starting to like paul and think freddie would have been happy that his music didn't die with him. as freddie said, the show must go on.

  • Please come to Peru guys

  • Paul is awsome, he's number 2 to freddie

  • Queen isn't the same without Freddie but they are still on their feet and i am sooooo happy my life would CHANGE if Queen wasn't around anymore U GUYS ROCK!

  • When are you all coming to the US. Ive been seeing all these EUR/SA vids and none in the US.

  • it's great...good tribute with this amazing version...paul is one of the greatest singers alive so detractors FUCK OFF

  • Wow, that actually worked well.

  • PR isnt FreddieI agree. Queen consisted of 4 ppl one of whom died, just listen and appreciate a great group with a belting blues singer. Times change, ppl die (sadly) PR was fantastic with Free and has a good blues pedigree, Freddies voice was so distinctive and I think PR steps up to the mark and does a bloody good job. It must be so very hard to replace someone as unique as Freddie was.

  • I couldn't have said it any better! PR is trying to do an impossible job. That doesn't mean it's bad...just different. Of course, I miss Freddie terribly. But, I'm sure he'd appreciate the effort Paul makes.

  • stop being a holy er than thou little piss ant and enjoy the music

  • you know as much as i prefer freddies voice this song at works pretty well with pauls voice consiedering the blues nature of the song and pauls voice

  • I totally agree with drewbee12345. Queen's music is still great, even if it is slightly different with Paul's voice

  • i think pauls voice although not as great as freddies gives the band a nice bit of flavour to it and thats what a lot of people dont understand that the band want to try new ground

  • Comment removed

  • Oh, you're wrong, absolutely wrong. I've seen Queen twice with Freddie and last year with PR. It's still fantastic.

  • agora que eu vi a guitarra vermelha vem no meio da musica

mas mesmo assim to chateado com as mudanças

  • é gente

    as coisas mudaram e muito

Cadê a guitarra vermeha do Bryan?

    Cade Jhon?

Fico até chateado de terem mudado tanto desde a partida de Freddie

  • no bad

  • come to Peru! please!

  • excelente.pronto en vivo en argentina,no me lo pierdo

  • this is from 2005's live....

  • Woah ... In Hannover Paul and Brian didn't have those Yamaha Silent Guitars! ;)

  • i wish they would come to Pennsylvania some time soon

  • I wish their coming to Japan soon!

  • I love them! And after I saw them in concert, I'm convinced that Paul is the right man for this job.

  • very nice!
