I can't speak for Jelaila, but I have contact and the answers are no (he tried numerous times by proxy and did kill members of Enki's household) and there's been no contact for a long time, but don't read anything into that, it's just a "don't know."

Why all the hostility? I'm not questioning her experience, what I am questioning is the intentions of the ETs who she is in contact with. These entities have great control over the mental environment and can be masters of manipulation to serve their own commercial interest.
