That comentator is Mr. Ray Hudson, from England, Big Man C fan now living in S Florida, used to be the head coach of the now gone Miami Fusion FC in MLS. Great coach and a tremendous comentator in GolTV.  Great Ray, I hope he is a Barca Fan as well.
