  • @MidoriKohaku So agree! <3

  • wow this is to cool for word awesome you guys

  • MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM INDONESIA

  • @uttermostangel and merry Christmas to you!

  • Excellent...Thank you so much!!!

  • This is great! I was just looking for Manheim Steamroller on Youtube, and came across this. It made me laugh with delight. I love it when people are festive like this!

  • I also love these videos. I wish I had the talent to do this.

  • Chip Davis's Best friend rush limbaugh is again ridiculing rich people

giving away money to the poor...

Chip Davis...should disown his hateful and Grinchful Friend !

  • @123kingkongphoto I suspect RL is more charitable in person than he is "on the job"; he makes a lot of money doing that "grinch" act. Anyway, I was going to write that Chip Davis should have quit after "Convoy", but it turns out he did the first Steamroller album before that. Someday, I know I'm going to hear some new-age music I don't hate, but I'm still waiting.

  • SO COOOOLLLLL

  • i wonder if all the flashing light piss off the neighbors... :D

  • Seeing Chip Davis do this live is so awesome! The way he keeps time with the drummer in the video is so freakin cool.

  • please, no manneheim steamroller. they are so corny it's painful

  • Who cares about the lights. GE is great but this Mannheim and Christmas music!

  • great job azxmas!!! love Mannheim Steamroller!!!!!

  • you must get soooo many stoners just coming and sitting infront of your house..

  • awesome :)

just a thought though. can you imagine trying to sleep in there? with that going on? :)

  • Beautifully done...thank you :)

  • one quick question what software did you use to make this show

  • @tmckinnon1996

I used Vixen. I currently run 224 channels with 96 that can dim on the MegaTree

Be sure to look at the newer versions with the MegaTree.

  • @azxmas

When I see these amazing displays I always applaud the designer/producer. No matter what software is used, someone has to choreograph the entire piece.

It really is cool that I get to tell you "in person" (or as close as we can get in the interwebz) that your work is fantastic! :)

  • someone in my neighborhood in Vegas had this two years ago during Christmas time. i used to go sit on a wall across from their house and smoke a bowl while watching it.

  • how inventive and creative..delightful to watch..adds to the festive atmosphere of the holiday season...Happy Holidays!!! from the Daniels family in San Diego California

By the way..whose houses are featured in Manheim's light videos if anyone knows and would care to share...thanks Ho ho ho...

  • how inventive and creative..delightful to watch..adds to the festive atmosphere of the holiday season...Happy Holidays!!! from the Daniels family in San Diego California

  • i love this is so cool

  • AWESOME SHOW! HAPPY HOLIDAYS ALL 2010!

  • Nebraska Christmas music.

  • LOVE IT :-)

  • this was amazing!!!! i love watching these videos :D

  • That instrument is probably electronically produced...like everything else they do. Still can't find that "CLASSIC" old fashioned version of this song I've been looking for. But like what's been done here with the lights like many folks do on their videos..the sound is nice :-). See the "sponsler" channel for more christmas and weather videos

  • Gee sponsler, there are so many "classic" versions of this song, that I wonder where you are looking if you can't find one. However, if you want "classic", try Celtic Woman's version. It is stunningly beautiful. As for Steamroller, there are a lot of instruments used here that are *not* electronically produced for this song.

  • can never how to much cow bell... lol

but really outta all the ones i watched this is the best one so far...

    good job

  • 0:27 the instrument that plays the part of the words...what is that?

  • I think it's a piccalo.

  • synthesizer

  • The instrument sounds like a flute.

  • Probably a recorder, or a family member of a clarniet, or flute family.

  • That is a wooden recorder. It is not electronically produced. In fact when I seen them live the drummer (Chip Davis) played that with one hand and the drums with the other.

  • Manheim Steamroller does my favorite version of my favorite Christmas song. Imagine my joy when I found this video. To put such effort into your holiday lights and really do justice to this song is brilliant. You've made my season !!

  • Wow!!!! Amazing! mustve taken a while huh?

  • this is gonna be what my house it like during Christmas

  • It's good.......... BUT........ It still don't hold a candle to the Holdman Display

  • Fans of Mannheim Steamroller just MAY enjoy "The Christmas Project" as well.

    ( tinyurl DOTCOM /TCP2009 )

  • wow great job!

  • cool stuff..i bet your neighbors hate you tho haha

  • @zheller4420

    lol it's like 2 a.m. "RUMBUMBUMBUM!!"

    "huh?what?"

    lol

  • DevilWife, I agree! I don't understand why people can't just appreciate the diversity and hard work that goes into creations like this! Remember what Mom used to say? "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all!"

I think these dancing light shows are absolutely fantastic! And fun to watch! My favorite is watching the kids watch them! They get sooo excited!

    Happy Holidays to all!! :)

  • I'm not afraid to say it -- a blessed CHRISTmas to all! For HE is the REASON for the holiday!! God bless you all!

  • i agree with you. and im glad theres people who arent afraid to tell people about God

  • @superchikls AMEN. I hate how every YouTube video has arguments in it's comments.

  • @superchikls MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  • COOL!

  • Oh give me a break you wouldn't know real music if it bit you on the butt then. If you don't like it then don't comment and just leave the page. yesh.

  • Little Drummer Boy...my all time favorite Christmas carol......Nicely done.

  • good music

  • Wow... who would have thought a slow Mannheim song could work with lights that well. Nice job!!! Beautiful work.

  • incredible

  • God I Love The Mannheim Steamroller Music.

  • Mannheims neues Musikportal und Online Radio.

    style-fm de

  • I just wonder how much more their Electric billis?

  • Actually not as much as you might expect. Unlike other houses, these lights are sequenced to the music and not just ON.

  • Amazing beautiful.

    Wonderful work.

    Congrats. Look like a dream.

    Excellent.

  • I didn't know they did this song, too...and dang, it sure sounds... different. o_O (In a good way, of course. xP)

It reminds me of 'Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger' by Daft Punk. (NOT a bad thing - I love techno songs/remixes. xD)

  • Teehee, this is not a new song of theirs either. Actually, most Little Drummer Boy songs I don't like, but their, I do. It's very fun. And btw, now you're going to make me go listen to some Daft Punk! :)

  • LOL...I remember last year when my sister IM'd me telling me I HAVE to hear this group called Transiberian Orchestra. After listening to a lot of their music I thought, 'I knew this group as Mannheim Steamroller when I was in high school (mid 70's), so yeah, I definitely have heard of 'em. (and have seen them too). n fan-damn-TASTIC group!!

  • xD lol, Trans-Siberian Orchestra is amazing, too. My mom accidentally got a TSO CD instead of Mannheim Steamroller when I said I wanted the CD with their version of Carol of the Bells (The M.S. version of Carol of the Bells gives me CHILLS. It's so amazing.) ...and thanks to that CD, I got hooked on the TSO AND the M.S. xD

  • this is so cool how people can do this. My parents would stress out so much just trying to put up the lights. This is pure entertainment baby!

  • not as good as some of their other Christmas music, but love how they jazz up everything.

  • Terrific display - thanks for sharing.

  • Now I'm all dizzy. xD awesome though.

  • ................I had no idea people could do that with their Christmas lights. Wow. And the fact that it is to my favorite Christmas track by Mannheim Steamroller makes this like, uber amazing. My husband thought I was nuts when I squealed and made him watch it with me. XD

  • LOL I love mannheim, I can relate with you..Though my favorite is joy to the world.

  • mannhiem steamroller is my fav..i have all their cd's .. awesome job man... 5 stars

  • wow. that was some wicked-awesome visuals! i loved it!

  • This is the best

  • i love the lighting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this song is amazing and goes with it well!!!

  • beautiful!

  • Great song, but if I were his neighbors and had to watch that, I'd go crackers!

  • I love Mannheim Steamroller. I have all five of the CD's.

  • My favorite version of 'Little Drummer Boy!'
