This is just a bug. The Rockstar games said there is a bug. A San Fierro pedestrain has wrong spawn coordinates. It spawns in the house for 1-2 seconds. It is black because it was set to interiorid 0 and how long the house interiorid is 6 or what it is black. Nothing to worry about.
