It should be fine as long as he plays or makes everything you hear himself. If he downloads a piece off of a soundtrack and plays that while he sings, there might be problems, but it seems like he plays everything himself.

If I may make a suggestion, BandCamp would be a good place to sell the digital download version. It'd let you offer it in a variety of formats (MP3, AAC, FLAC, etc) and I know PLENTY of people would want a FLAC version (myself included).
