  • Bloody hell, I do the 4 mins and it anihillates me. Have you ever broke 60 in 4 mins. I assume by the double 4 mins you can. 4 sets of 8 is ok but the last 4 drop to 6 's.

    Good form, good fitness, good guts too.

  • nice video man...I do 9 burpies in every 20 seconds, thats 72 in 4 minutes....also, I do 50 burpies, 50 mountain climbs and 50 squat jumps in 5 minutes......

  • Kudos to your strength and willpower. I usually perform Tabata burpees for only 4 mins (eight rounds), just a half of yours. So I know that it is tough, can be painful, and requires much willpower. Even on your last sets you still were able to keep quite good forms. Keep it up!

    i did eventually, yes. it wasnt fun though. I get put off just thinking abt it sometimes
