I am totally going next friday my last day to eat before liquid diet and I am going to get a blueberry donut!!! I know you can't have them anymore but I thought I would let you know I will be thinking of this video while I eat it! btw you are looking awesome!
Oh, man! I am not having WLS, but am very supportive of those who do. I AM on a weight loss journey of my own. I wanted a maple doughnut SOOOO much today, and I managed to NOT go buy any. I LOVE doughnuts, but I just can not allow myself to eat them now. Some day, though! :)
Good for you on not eating the doughnut while some people might not see how huge a step that is I can totally relate! I also applaud you for losing weight the old fashion way...I wish that I had of taken this more seriously before I got so unhealthy and I may not have ever had to have wls to begin with. Take care! Congrats on the surgery date!! I still have the cravings, but don't think I could eat a donut..lol. Too heavy on my tummy. I tried eating bite of a McDonalds hamburger one day OMG! It did not go down well. I have never tried them since..lol. Enjoy your donut! Best wishes in your surgery.
Oh boy I hope I don't have the cravings afterwards but I imagine that from time you have surgery until you really get to want to eat your body has become more deciplined. At least I hope this is the way it works. Thank you for the well wishes too. Have a great day!
