Good advice. I think most serious reloaders do something similar, but it's a good demonstration for those new to reloading.
It's a bit simplistic. It doesn't address powder selection, bullet selection, bullet seating depth, case neck turning for uniform expansion/release, etc. However, if you start with a powder and bullet that works very well for others with the same rifle, experiment with seating depth first, and then optimize the powder weight, that's probably the fast path to good results.
how did you decide what powder to use , as there are several different types. as i am just starting out to reload my own, i have a 7 mm rem mag and bullet weight is 150 gr what book are you using to get your information from and what do you use as a reloader dillon, etc. thanks for the info.
@akaeldin Dude sorry I have been working on my other channel and doing a lot of hunting right now so sorry for not getting back to you. With the 7mm Rem Mag I use the IMR 4350 with great results!!! Use this technique and I promise it will be a tact driver:-)
Thanks. Your method is brilliant. I pulled my groups from 1.25 in at 100 yards down to .75 inches! My gun has a 3 grain range of perfect. Anywhere in the three grain range was perfect.

if you need a vise, than fine tuning your loads wont help you a great deal
