  • good job. I get into the push up position holding the ball, and since i cant really push all the way up, i go half way and hold for as long as i can. Hopefully if ur having trouble u can use my advice

  • hey those are in my balance workout for wresteling. but they hurt ur wrist when u do like 3 sets of them got any advice?

  • grip the ball wider.. keep hands wider now as close together

  • grip the ball like your trying to squeeze it (hands vertical. with a wider grip.
