People hate Mike for the same reasons that I love him. He doesn't kiss people's asses, he's almost always right when it comes to sports and he doesn't have any time or patience for people who don't know what they're talking about. Having Dog off the show has been like a breath of fresh air. How Mike put up with that idiot for over 20 years is beyond me.

When you get down to the short hairs, Chris and Mike really did not like each other on a personal level. Professionally, I believe they respected each other, but Mike always felt he was the bread and butter, no pun intended.
