Its called mugen where you can download any character from pretty much any game/anime/comic/tv show you know and have them fight. I once had Haruhi vs Wolverine and she won.

Yes, go to google and type in mugen I believe the first site will have a downloadable mugen. After that look on youtube for how to download characters and stages.

The first time I tried to get new characters I was fairly confused but I finally got it and have quite a few characters.
