MJ was the best but there was just one thing that I hated about his game and that was his free throw shooting form. He would start his free throw shooting with his knees un-bent as in compared to other GREAT FT shooters who would first bent their knees before they even started the shot.
@DwyaneWadeCounty ah dude it simply doesn't matter if you start with your knees bent. As long as you bend them to begin your shot, as you bring the ball up, you'll get power and arc. I'm still amazed at the amount of NBA players who don't bend their knees at all, and wonder why they can't hit a free throw.
Amazing job. All the while I never knew that all those highlights (around 8 of them) came from one game. The record breaking season. Darn it...Thanks a lot
look how Jordan broke Hawkins up with that dribble move at 2:45 mark of the video..... that's one of the baddest dribble/juke moves that flow into a jumpshot I've ever seen. Jordan had all kinds of escape dribble/juke moves that these fags shooting guards who play today's game seem to get credit for inventing when it's was Jordan who packaged and mastered this shit
then again at 3:04 the same shit dude was just a bad ass with his ball handling abilities. one more thing Jordan doesn't get enough credit for his rebounding contributions to the team... here this dude had 35 points 14 fuckin rebounds.
he did everything for the bulls not just score..... Dennis rodman was the top rebounder on the bulls for sure but he wasn't asked to score and defend and hand out assist like Jordan was..... people sometimes over exaggerate his contribution and role on that team
I remember this game as a kid -- it was the Blizzard of '96, and my dad let me stay up and watch the game. Dennis Rodman got ejected, as well.

@DwyaneWadeCounty mike was unorthadox in so many ways. i think thats part of the appeal. he did things ppl hadnt seen before
tommybrown187 2 years ago
Agreed, to some degree.
It would be difficult to shoot free throws with catchers mits on, wouldn't you say?
gwildor 2 years ago
Yeah. Difficult. Well, atleast Jordan decided to actually bend his kness on his FTs when he came back to play for the Wizards.

@DwyaneWadeCounty
that's absolutely bullshit. who ever say mj's form is not good doesn't know anything about shooting the ball.
