I must admit, I usually prefer AMVs without subtitles, especially since they tend to be a sign of poor quality, but this video was fabulous. The song fit really well and I've been looking for a Yuki-centric vid, so thanks :D. It was well done, even with the subtitles. Keep it up!
Heya! I don't know this anime, but I do know the song, and I actually *did* get some sort of message out of it. There is a sort of ethereal quality to it, so to see those two characters (the girls ^^;;) dueling it out like that was very effective. Loved it! Now I'm going to see what "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" is all about. XD Great job.
The whole X and Y album reminded me of outer space for some reason, and this song reminds me of a marvel comic called The Last Galactus Story, where Galactus dies and becomes the next Big Bang.
Nice job. Some people are just morons, so ignore them. I think you did a great job with this. The song fits pretty well. If someone doesn't get it, that is because they haven't seen the anime.
XDD!! AMAZIN VID!!~~ ITS SO BEAUTIFUL!!~ im happy tat u left teh subs, cuz i nava watched dis anime an it helped me understand it a bit.. IM DEFEINTLY CHEKIN DIS ANIME OUT!! THAAAAAAAAAXXXXX UU!!! ^o~
IMO, mixing anime w/unrelated music tracks can work well, like the NIN video here which was mixed w/Perfect Blue. However, the combination has to make sense; the sound/video tracks must have an affinity for one another. If possible, I'd block the captions on this video as they mar the visual enjoyment. Also,I might try to use an anime which is more reflective of this song's introspective/spiritual mood. All that said, I love Coldplay & have put this video on my favorites list. Thanks!
This is a really good video because:
1. Haruhi is just the best anime I have ever seen
2. Coldplay is the best band I have ever heard.
Good Job

it's a good character/scene/song mix but the editing is kind of lame :( also there are too many scenes of them talking

Ditto!
I freaking love the Silver Surfer's comics! It's just too bad The Last Galactus Story was never finished...
He becomes the next big bang, and Nova becomes the next Galactus. I'm glad I'm not the only geek who loves Coldplay.

Your lack of punctuation makes your comment a bit confusing, but if you don't like Anime Music Videos, then why are you watching them?
