Like yourself, I would also enjoy having an LP or CD of this band. Lamentably my friend La Orq Suprema was only together for a few years, it never entered a recording studio. The above video only exists because one of the band members was studying filmmaking at BCC and it was an assignment. I'm grateful for this because it gives me a place to go and hear the songs again. My thanks go out to Brontis for posting it here, and for the very nice descriptive text accompanying it.

Thanks to Willie on Trombone, Orlando Rodriguez On Trombone, John Ossorio on Congas, Junnie Salcedo on Bongo, Teddy Acosta on Timbales, The Vargas Brothers, Max and Charlie , and of course , Leo on voice, and can't leave out Sonny and Jumbi , oh and Eddie. This is musica from the Lower East Side.

Thank you,thank you,thank you.....Eddie G, you made my night by posting this song. Could you believe it man...there we were playing in front of the cameras in May of "75" thinking we were hot shit. Aaaahhhh to be young again....& more importantly, to have hair....I mean those Afros bro....DAMN !
