when i was younger i was in dance and we had to wear a lot of eye liner and i was going to say that also to get dark makeup off your eyes you can use baby oil and a q-tip it takes the make up off and also makes your eyes soft

I'd say better than any other skin tone...you can go as dark as you want without ant fear of it turning out goth (which is a concern with fair skin tones), BUT you can still use natural neutral colors without having to pile them on, or use very heavily pigmented shadows like darker complexions need to :)

How do you like the ArtDeco shadow base? I have always used it but didn't noticed much difference. I have never used UDPP or Too faced primer. Are they better than ArtDeco?

It's supposed to help keep your eyeshadow or liner from smudging. I tried the primers you're talking about and out of all 3 I'd choose UDPP, but i think Lumene Eye Base is the best. It's the best primer I've tried so far~
