Hello Jill.....I would take your car to a body shop on your own and get your own estimate. The "owner" will get a estimate from his buddy that will fix it half assed and take short cuts. don't trust him. And have the driver that admires you to stop parking your car where it is getting hit and then tell him you will go out on a date. Just look at it as something you have to do to save your car.
