Good grief! Didn't know my comment would elicit such passionate responses, lol! Well now, who's being defensive here but whatever... As the saying goes, whatever floats your boat but u know, I've never disliked the lady, in fact I found her to be funny too in that show. Eh? I guess fans can be delusional and some fans sure seem persistent with an idea. KHJ did sing this with Gummy n Kyu Jong, u know. Anyway, as far as I know, he dated his 1st love for about 3 years or so, didn't he? In fact HE was pretty persistent in his pursuit of her. In one of his interviews, during 'Coward' MV, well, he was rather emotional talking about her, in fact it looked as though he was trying not to cry. The first time I saw this vid, I was confused why he sang so sadly if the title means fortunate. After i read the eng translation, I think the reason is that he was yearning to be able to sing this song for somebody...hope he find that girl soon & be happy. in one episode of WGM he felt guilty that he was not able to play the piano for hwangbo and he opted to sing this song instead. his first attempt was not that good so he went inside their room, wrote down the lyrics of the songs in a piece of paper came out after 20 minutes then sung it again...
@lxandra I do agree w/ u there....like when he sang "Gomapta" his way of singing that song gave more intense to the meaning of the song and that he seems thinking of special someone while singing it that's why his voice gave life to the song.

No one can resist his charm. He had an aura seems light shines on him. Unfortunately they only met once on the street for the past 3 years.

really nice song...i liked joongbo couple during WGM coz they got chemistry. she's a nice woman. although i don't personally like hwangbo for HJ in real life (no offense to joongbo fans). If this song is really for her, being a true fan of HJ, I will always support and love him whoever he ends up with.

Anyway, as far as I know, he dated his 1st love for about 3 years or so, didn't he? In fact HE was pretty persistent in his pursuit of her. In one of his interviews, during 'Coward' MV, well, he was rather emotional talking about her, in fact it looked as though he was trying not to cry. The first time I saw this vid, I was confused why he sang so sadly if the title means fortunate. in one episode of WGM he felt guilty that he was not able to play the piano for hwangbo and he opted to sing this song instead. his first attempt was not that good so he went inside their room, wrote down the lyrics of the songs in a piece of paper came out after 20 minutes then sung it again...

But all joongboers know that KHJ used to sing this song before on Variety TV during BOF period and he sang with a lot of passion and a bit teary in his eyes . really nice song...i liked joongbo couple during WGM coz they got chemistry. she's a nice woman. although i don't personally like hwangbo for HJ in real life (no offense to joongbo fans). Sa video and song, hindi mo maiiwasan na irelate ito sa ssangchu dahil un ang kinanta ni HJ, so sa mga ayaw at in denial, itikom na lang ang bibig para walang ganito. well i must say he was just shy to express his feelings during wgm but while singing this song for hwang bo we witnessed the true kim hyun joong and shared his real feelings towards hwangbo and by singing this song once more proved that this song is really special and also hwangbo to him

He sang the song from the heart... I wonder if he's thinking Hwangbo while singing this song.... I miss their times in WGM. Hope the two of them will be together again n a project.

Ssangchu is love! i miss the old WGM days. i bet he does too. look at the tears in his eyes @1.42-1.45! he even blinked a couple of times and stood up. Hwangbuin and Shillang is love!
