@Melandri0931 i went to 3 doctors, the first 2 said it was tendinosis, the third one was rigth on the muscle tear but it just gave me 3 sessions of therapy, but that didn't heal the tear, so that's why i did this video, Doctors are doing nothing to help me...
you better go to the doctor , don't you think?
