@Xelyk007X you can get deckers clothes by doing kinzies assasinations, and cars you get after theyre mission line also you can have them as your gang members

@Xelyk007X Not to worry doing one of the assasinations you can unlock their outfit. just go to the saints book and look for the decker in the assasinations list. Kinzie gives you a deckers outfit to blend in.
