The reason why he screamed and yelled so much in Hell's Kitchen UK is because those celebrities were in it for the money. They didn't do the program to try and work in a professional kitchen so when the cameras weren't rolling they were lazying about and that's why Gordon was yelling his balls off all the time. The man has an obsession with great food and for celebrities to disrespect his profession in front of his face deserves a good bollocking or two.
