It's still not activated and we've been trying to deal with a useless customer service. One call kept us on hold for 45 minutes then told us they'd call us back later because they were on break.... they called back 18 hours later to tell us to try reactivating it again which we've tried 80 times. *bangs head into wall*. Anyway that video was hysterical. I loved it!

Just paid 5.00 for 30.00 minutes and the phone call from Portland Or to Tacoma Wa, just a couple hundred miles away dropped off just under 3 minutes later. Called customer service (people from INDIA), and they said all the minutes were used up already and would have to pay additional more money. This is the ONLY STRESS problem my wife and daughter are experiencing on their vacation. CRICKET IS A RIP OFF!!! I HATE THEM!
I can't believe our government continues to let them get away with deceptive business practice without a major investigation. Just keep filing complaints with FCC & BBB. It seems Cricket Wireless dose not care about braking laws in the US and continue to do so to make up for fines from getting caught.
