@whits812 im making one right now, you dont actually need all this, if you wanna you can make mango sorbet, its ten times easier, blend mango in a blender, mix a cup of sugar into boiling water, add a small spoon of alcohol, blend it all together, and let it freeze in any container you want for about 4 to 6 hours, and its ready to eat, its fucking delicious

Have you heard of the Thermomix? I just heard of it less than a week ago. It makes sorbet, icecream - it cooks and does these things. It's a bit expensive but it's a pretty nifty tool in the kitchen. I had lemon juice with it tonight that my sister made with it. She put in 2 whole lemons that she cut in quarters, then a bit of sugar, water and ice - great stuff.
