Love UM...just not this...For some reason I cant get into the tracks on "Mantis". From 2003-2007 I saw some Umphrey's shows which were the best musical spectacles I have ever seen, but because of this album there shows just aren't the same for me. I really wish it werent that way, but it is.

i come from an extreme heavy metal background. and i was introduced to umphreys by a friend of mine who i smoked with quite often. i have since become a fan. they are all great musicians and this is a great example of that. i would love for them to cover more metallica and iron maiden but im completely content with hearing this every time i see them.
