Josh, I don't know if you are still the CEO, but I was wondering if you know how bad your customer service is. I have trying to purchase a calling plan that suits my calling needs, only to be frustrated by customer service reps. that don't understand or answer your questions.

I am very disappointed with Skype as the customers service it does not exist, have spent two lots of money trying to re-establish my account and you cannot plan a commercial campaign with any support from Skype. I have contacted Skype marketing team to be told their is not even a phone number i can call for support my Skype name is kirkw1

Thanks Josh. Skype is all I use now, got rid of my landline almost two years ago! The whole world can talk for free ;) or at least for cheap, lol.
