Fedor is overrated, the best fighters he has fought have all gone to the ufc and been beaten easily.
Fedor has a 32-1 record, the vast majority of these wins are against nobodies and average fighters. Yuji Nagata for example had a 0-1 record
Fedor has fought once in the last 18 mouths.
Fedor is small for a heavyweight. He weights about 230 pounds. The average heavy weight today is much bigger and stronger.
Fedor has avoided top competition for more years then I can count.

this was in rings...there was no ground and pound allowed and they had a "down" rule like in boxing. the judging also didnt favored sub attempts more than grappling or dominant position

Well, Haseman didn't do so badly on the ground. Better than a lot of fighters ranked a lot better actually.
If only he'd taken kickboxing lessons before getting into this...

Chris Haesman is the only guy I've seen who really put up a fight with Fedor so far. I've only seen a few videos, but Fedor just seems so well balanced as a fighter. That's not common, even in the best.

@joejacari, what a stupid comment yours, yes, and if I did not wear glasses, were 20 years young, black belt in 8 martial arts and were lucky, maybe I could stand 1 minute with Fedor, but the key is that I dont have what it takes, nor did the other guy. Karate would kill these guys? have a look to some videos what happened to tae kwondo guys against MMA people. The karate guys were taken unconscious to the hospital with brain knock outs.
