As much as the pres had problems answering her question, she was mistaken to think that a federal job is a "secure" job. I think you're the one who makes your job secure. 1. get specialized skills or competitive degree to find a job 2. do your best at your job being creative and passionate at the same time to make yourself the best person for the job so that you won't get in line for cut backs

Anyone can lose work at any time. The American people have turned a blind eye towards the government creating huge deficits. We want everything and don't want to pay for it. This question is such a set up! Lets see, we covered layoffs/jobs. High risk pregnancy so there is your health care and also there is your foodstamps, wic, ect. Buinding a house? Ask fannie mae / freddie mac or HUD to cover it for you, they will approve of you building something you cant afford. Can't do good interviews? I.E. I don't wanna work right now. I'm stressed? I may not have voted for President Obama but he sure has grown on me after seeing what he has done with the utter mess he was handed! And almost every attack on him made by the Republicans & even some Democrats during the 2008 primary has been proven false! I honestly thought the Republicans would have at least tried to work W/Obama when he came into office but the exact opposite happened! But still he has managed to get a lot of positive things done! I will vote for him in 2012!
