Note that any weight gains due to creatine water retention, will of course disappear once you stop using it for long enough. However, hopefully the increased endurance would have allowed you to increase your muscle mass through being able to workout for longer and harder...
Ahh, my home mixture is this take 10 Milk bone dog bicutts and grind em up real fine like in a blender, add 12 oz of water and keep blending until it's as fine as it can get. 1 Milk Bone = 150 calories so do this twice per day and it's 3000 calories. there is about 150 Milk Bones in a large 10lb box. 10 bucks a box. i box last ya a week. i gained 25 pounds in just 6 weeks. Awesome Huh ???
Hi thanks for such informative video . but i have a question . Does these supplements have sideeffects because i have heard people saying that it can reduce your harmones, causes liver and kidney problems , stomach upset , etc. What's your point of view on this ?
i like your videos but the first half of your videos are telling wyh do we need to know these informations.. well i don't think anyone watching your videos without knowing why they need to know these informations.
@GamsIzVeZir - Thanks and great point. The teaching format is based on Professor David Kolb's '4 Learning Styles' -- It's based off the fact that some people just can't take in the information unless they have a reason WHY they're learning it. (About 35% of people need this). Now, this isn't my own learning style, but I include this info to acknowledge those who need this piece of the puzzle in order to learn the rest of it.
@skinnygainmuscle i have the whey protein but its only 20 grams of protein and ive heard you need to get 1 gram of protein per pound of weight is there another type of whey with more protein?
Hi mate, firstly great videos very professional. Was wondering what you think of Methoxy Isoflavone, its a non-hormonal anabolic thats got some good feedback from people but also known to just be a placebo...thanks
Thanks @ ms160289. My favorite approach is supplement-free and natural, and I've never personally tried Methoxy Isoflavone. Top advice I can give is focus on getting the nutrition and training right, and then consider supplements further down the road (if at all) - It's hard to separate the truth from the hype with most supplements. Thanks for your question.
good video, but you didnt mention specially designed weight gain shakes/supplements.
and creatine... as good as you mention i have read that starting to use creatine can have side effects such as fever, stomach aches and direaha. creatine is also not advised to take under any any blood disorders and such. ofcourse none of the symptoms should occur if you manage your doses correctly. also mixed protein supplements are also good because they digest at a constant rate throughout the day.
Hi @electricguitarkevin - Yeah, recommendations can vary from product to product, but taking creatine monohydrate both pre- and post- workout can make a lot of sense. ('Before' to boost your workout performance, and 'After' to assist in protein synthesis and recovery). Thanks for your question.
im takin Ensure High Protein right now, Has 12g of protein in one bottle. 10 bucks for 6. I'd rather find a pill or something to help me out. Im 5' 9 140 i only can gain muscle im tryin to put on some fat so i can bulk up but need help!
