Its on bbc I player under Sherlock, however this is only available to those who pay the licence fee. It maybe available abroad as some are, but it would depend where you are. No doubt they will bring it out on DVD as the Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes following is humonggggggggggus.

I love the music around 4:27. It is sad & urgent at the same time. The violins & the bass, which is heard a bit more clearly in the episode, but nonetheless a really powerful bit of music, which is then cleverly followed by the worrying tone introduced at 5:18 when Sherlock begins to realise something is wrong & then you can really sense the anger rising up when he discovers that Mrs Hudson (poor Mrs Hudson) has been attacked. From one ep it has delivered more powerful music than last series.
