  • @steve17101980 A really simple way is to reduce carb intake late at night, ie have your carbs for breakfast, pre and post workout.

  • Hy. Your videos are amazing!!! I love them. But I have a question. In wich muscle does the elbow push up and the pseudo planche push up obtains strenght mostly? A guess that the pseuda placnhe is good for chest.. But I'm not sure please tell me.. (sorry for my bad english it is not my native language.. but I think you realized that.. :D )

    Pseudo planche pushup mainly shoulders (front deltoids)

    Both are involving chest tricep and deltoids, but to varying levels.

  • @paleszhurts No problem at all. Essentialy the deeper you go in the pushup, the more stretch and activation of the chest you will need to execute the rep. So try pushups between a few books stacked up so that you can go extra deep!

  • ok heres a question, i cant do a pushup, because everytime i go all the way down correctly my arms give out even though i try not to, is there any way i can do one of these or something hopefully that i can do to build up to these?strange i know but i hate it and i want to get bast that :/

  • @Genesis10425 if u can't do a single push up then go up and hold position untill ur hands start shaking and u feel like u can't hold it anymore << do that 4 times a day and soon u will be able to do pushups

  • @GerJohnny93 Practice doing sets of just negatives, and just isometric holds at the bottom, you will get it too.

  • have You ever tired to do hindu or divebomber with Your legs spread? i'm not a pushup expert, but from my small experience i know, that it makes You go lower, so it's more effective then.

  • good push ups bro... i do incline chest push bro with both my feet raised 2 feet on the bench or stairs for 50 reps of 3 sets. just that, so far got good result.

  • You are a beast! Love your videos. I'd call these intermediate pushups and put wall pushups, countertop pushups, and knee pushups in the beginner category myself, but I'm not nearly as strong as you.

    Do you do any bridging at all? I noticed your hindu and divebomber pushups didn't show much upper back mobility, just curious if you didn't think it necessary to perform, or whether you don't have the range of motion yet. Bridging is amazing for strength and flexibility of the back and spine.

    i only do some of the exercises like standard for biceps, wide for chest, diamond for triceps and some of chest, divebomber for shoulder.

  • I have allways had problems with doing pushups because I broke my left arm (in the ellbow) when i was about 4-5 years old and the operation with it didnt go so well.

    (i think that the doctor failed in putting gypsum correctly and so my left arm looks kinda different than my right arm Huh? -left ellbow is rotated in right side for about 40 degrees)

    Because of that when im doing push ups, i feel sharp pain in my left ellbow and i just cant do lots of them in correct form.

    Can you pls help me?

  • @iRollerBladeZ Elevate your feet on a bench, and "mimic a handstand pushup" except your body makes an L shape.

  • @superwin Pick about 3 or so different variations and mix them into your pushup workout, change variations weekly to keep your body in a state of muscular confusion! :)
