@futureistic1000 I know this is so late, but I can help you. Download an app called Backgrounds, iWallpaper, or go to this website on your iPod or iPhone ITSELF. (no jailbreak and those apps are free)

once your there, choose a category, choose a picture, press and hold, and save the picture. then, go to your photos on your homescreen, choose the photo and set it as either home screen, lock screen, or both. hope I helped :)
