  • Engine here simply terror-moody

  • I'll take one. THhe 30mm cannon is PERFECT for traffic. LOL!!!!

  • i wonder what happens when a 30mm shell penatrates the human skull or even the victims boddy someone enlighten me please..

  • @789joshi

if you want to know that type in dead iraqi insurgents on Google....i believe they have 50.cal kills....just upscale it worse.

  • @789joshi Well, it pretty much takes off your head..

  • God Bless COD

  • I WANT TO TOTTALY FUCK THAT THING IN THE BULLET HOLE. GOD BLESS COD.

  • @DBabyNinetyOne91 Dude, Call of Shit has nothing to do with this.

  • Would be great to have for the upcoming war with the machines.

  • 30mm cannon pierces a plate 30 mm .... that is why it is called 30mm?

  • @fabriciobrisola1 30mm is the inside diameter of the barrel.

  • useless light armor against rpg...even armor piercer 7.62mm round can penetrate this useless box.

  • @cronus75 That class of vehicle is basically an armored bus and should be judged by that standard, not by the standard of tanks or infantry fighting vehicles.

  • im trying to remember that damn song. i cant remember if it was on Hackers, Gone in 60 seconds or SwordFish. damn.

    cool vid though

  • better btr 90 sure !

  • that 30mm pushes the whole fuckin vehicle backwards when it goes off.

  • good,,

  • Perfect for suppressing civil disturbances. Go Syria!

  • apache gun

  • @psifactor12 It's not.

  • @SAsgarters but its a 30mm .caliber is the same.

  • @psifactor12 The diameter of the barrel is the same, but the case that holds the propellant isn't, the projectile isn't and the gun itself isn't.

  • I can tell by the lack of movement on the cannon that it does not have a gyroscopic stabilizer.....that means it has to stop..then aim..then Fire....all modern tanks can shoot and scoot.....I don't think this weapon system would do very well in combat .

  • usar en caso de zombies!!! :D

  • Новые зубы для техники - пенсионера . Старая гвардия снова в бой .

  • романтично ... цветочки, лютики :)

  • Cubans putted a 73mm gun from the BMP-1 and 2 AT-3 Saggers on a BTR-60... they also putted modified turret with a 100mm gun from a T-55 on a BTR-70 :O

  • great video. annoying music. The footage is good enough to stand up on it's own without having to rely on some cheesy night club soundtrack

  • LEWIS GUN MY ASS

  • mean burst at 0:33 nice

  • Comment removed

  • best place ever to fire any weapons is definitely in a forest! love that echo after every round

  • Stryker is better but the new BTR is very nice and probably much more affordable.

  • @Cennedi A single stryker is most likely better than a single BTR, but the same could be said about single german and russian WWII tanks.

  • does they have sth to stabelise thier barrels while on the move? cause that going to be super cool :)

  • We want the REAL sound without music!!!!!!

Without the music can be used for upgrading the sound in some games like DCS-Black Shark or ARMA2

  • When it fired the smoke I was expecting lag. Then I realized this isn't ARMA2

  • Shame this and similar vehicles suffer that extra 1/3-1/2 height added on to the roofline.... If your threat environment allows it - looks capable.

  • I'd like to go to school with it

  • Great job totally fucking up your video with the music

  • fucking prodigy !!!!

  • Таким видео музыка ненужна

  • eventhough its old still looks deadly to infantry....

  • Props for not using anything from the 009 Sound System or Drowning Pool's song Bodies.

Not kidding here. Thank you for not using them.

  • good but loose the music bro

  • an automatic grenade launcher is always nice to have!

  • can this destroy a tank ?

  • @Newbpwng with armor piercing it will definitely have a good crack at it!

  • прикольно

  • HAAAA Really cool vid. But it is surprising how the cubans have a T55 Cannon on one of those and a KPV AA gun.

  • Great vid mate, but very stupid idea to have music playing too...Seriously, why?!

Ruined an otherwise perfect clip of some devestating firepower with a very old and over-used (though i'll admit, good) song.

Next time can you at least release two versions?

  • Well, it would have been cool to use these sounds in a ArmA 2 soundmod but since SOMEONE added some prodigy to this, no-one can use these othervice awesome sounds.

  • thats a fucking cannon

  • Now for sale at your local supermarket for ww3!

  • Кончил!

  • TURN OFF MUSIC IN THIS VIDEO. I WANT HEAR SUBJECT'S SOUND NOT PRODIGY

  • @anonfromrashka it''s ok dude, the prodigy are totally outclassed by the cannon voice)

  • @abraqadabra so the primary weapon is the Shipunov 2A42 30mm auto cannon secondary is the 23 auto cannon but who is the producer i know zu-23-2 but this is a twin barreled aircraft cannon... can you help me out?

  • @abraqadabra but still... and this vid has an incredible echo!!! A must-hear!

  • на 1:40 виден вращающий момент башни при стрельбе из АГС, надеюсь уже устранили этот косяк.

  • BTR= BRING THE RAPE!!!

  • nice dont want to be in the receiving end

  • @bonifacio2009

    That's what she said.

  • hmmmm. beats a paint ball gun. cool

  • OWN!

  • It doesn't change the fact that while undeniably cool, these things are deathtraps when facing anyone armed with something more than small arms.

  • @WASPfreak

if you got a big gun it wont matter, they all be dead before they can shoot back :P

  • SHIT! The gun is the shit man! its moving a 10 ton vehicle slightly backwards when firing, awesome!

  • One of these would totally fuck up a Gavin.

  • Wow BTR-60 and BRDM-2 these are classic oldies. Awesome to see them upgraded

  • What song is that playing?

  • @ProfessorPathogen Woodo peoples by Prodigy

  • lol,i like it!

  • That is a scary beast.

  • @dontmakemeMAD1990 whait

    stupid question

i just want to know the range(readed the description to late)

  • klass!

  • Damn a .50 cal, 5.56, and a full auto 40mm grenade launcher. How Much for BRDM???

  • wanna hunt squirrels with it!!

  • I don't see how you could clear a stoppage or remediate a malfunction on that vehicle without having to get out and climb on top of the vehicle. Other than that, pretty cool.

  • i have more like franch VBCI or finnish Patria

  • I want one dammit.

  • is that legal?

  • Harika modernizasyon, rezalat BTR-60 ın ateş gücünü yükseltmiş

  • Music name?

  • @berkut2006 Prodigy - Voodoo People

  • @crippleengine

    thnx :]

  • Incredible firepower! with right armor improvements it can be back in service however weve got our Rosomak's alreadry but that might be smth for export :)

  • really nice video. 1/1

  • the sound of shells falling scares me more shitless than the actual guns going off

  • Chuck Norris penis ?

  • at 1:07 is that the 23mm or the 14.5mm KPVT?

  • @Guynumber7

    A 23 mm auto-cannon , based on the re-barreled KPVT.

  • Comment removed

  • @Guynumber7 14.5mm judging by the smoke

  • @Guynumber7 looKs liKe the KPVT

  • Nice!!!!

  • everything fine but the armour on those things is funny. there's a reason why they werent mounting bigger weapons on the original... it wasn't meant to fight anything that would need those weapons.

in any real combat scenario this vehicle will be fucked long before it'll make any use of this firepower(unless its better armored ofcourse). the project? it's one of the better modernisations i ever seen:)

  • @vgotnofingers BTR is an analogue of the M-113. He gives the M-113 capacity and security of the crew.

However, superior to patency. Since it is easier to M-113. In the event of war with Russia M-113 would have just got stuck on Russian roads. And in the mountains of Afghanistan or Chechnya heavy M-113 would turn on the first corner. In addition, M-113 does not have the protection of radiation. It is unclear how the Americans planned to use it in case of nuclear war.

    Analog Stryker - BTR-90.

  • @VWP1976 no, it's not similar to m113 although it more or less from the era - it's a bad comparison anyways since m113 is a real piece of shit while btr is a pretty good (or rather was back then) wheeled transporter. you mess up the concepts: bmp was meant to follow tanks and fight - btr was meant to only safely transport troops (these got into one bag in 90s so many people got confused) like a sort of armored truck - hence only a machinegun in the turret. i'm not sure about the mobility though.

  • @vgotnofingersBTR and BMP will still have to participate in hostilities. They did not get to play the role of a taxi for the infantry. The same applies to M-113. Because of this, he had a permanent loss of commanders who did not have towers. And the same is true of Stryker. He made too secure. And the result is too heavy, large and vulnerable

  • @vgotnofingers Странно для поляка говорить что-то хорошее о российском оружии. :) It is strange for a Pole to say something good about Russia's weapons. :)

  • @VWP1976 why? do my folks normally spit shit? heh he. no worries dude, i'm one of the easy ones:) besides you guys have a separate philosophy of waging wars and many people judge russian weapons against their own military doctrine, which is bullshit. that it has four wheels doesn't make it the same kind of vehicle.

theory one thing, practice another - you make a truck and it ends facing tanks. shit happens eh?

  • BTR vs Bradly or Stryker = 1:0 even in looks, as in coolness

  • @cuteshadowKIA BTR is an analogue of the M-113. He gives the M-113 capacity and security of the crew.

    Analog Stryker - BTR-90.

  • overkill much> does it have to be that fast lol

  • peoples ready to kill himself )))

  • The gsh-30 is used in the Mig-29 and the sukhoi's right

  • @Starr8492DS

GSh- 30 is not used on aircraft

  • @TheVelyr srry i mean the gsh-301

  • @Starr8492DS

No problem. Russia in the complex system of marking weapons, often different weapons and equipment assigned to the same indexes.

  • Although I'm sure it would probably add to the weight, is there a version of this turret that can mount one or more antitank missiles in addition to the other armament? If it could, that'd be perfect. It would have suitable armament for most types of engagements.

  • kick some ass with that shit

  • TURN OFF MUSIC FUCKING STUPID...

IF I WANT LISTEN MUSIC, I WILL TURN ON FUCKING WINAMP....retarde

  • Nah tanks are still better... if you planning on rolling out into a whole mob of them anyways. BRDM's might just tip with all the bodies piling up. But distance wise these are better.

  • Классная машина.

  • 30мм пушка и агс , не завидую врагу.

  • Ruskaia arujiia lu46aia v mire !

  • holy shit!

That gun throws back the entire damn Tank..

  • @Denmarkforever1 Mother fuck !how to be holy shit?

think of when talking about something!

    you stupid !

  • @KINGIGOR1992

It's an expression... Live with it...

  • @Denmarkforever1 This expression is stupid & you stupid !no longer use !!!

  • @KINGIGOR1992 chill...

holy shit, holy fuck.. people use these expressions... what are you gonna do about it?

  • @Denmarkforever1 God punishes you see that?

Twin buildings exploded , done tiracte, were disasters

    earthquakes and hurricanes!

and even if the world is stupid

May you be smart and do not use !!!

  • @KINGIGOR1992

    9/11 was pure human fault

do not blame god for all the humans miseries...

  • am i the only one that knows thats a BTR-80A at the start?

  • Are you sure? I think BTR-80 series doesn`t have exhaust pipes so exposed.

  • What's the difference between a modernized BTR-60 and a BTR-90? And is that the 30mm or 23mm autocannon?

  • Everything. BTR-90 is entirely new vehicle. Armour, weapons, hull layout, troop compartment, engine... I remember all details, but it would take just too long to list. Look up on wikipedia, they have extensive articles about both of BTRs.

  • Awesome. For some reason, I feel like I could watch armored vehicles drive around and shoot all day. You know how some people feel relaxed from looking at a waterfall or something? Armored vehicles have that effect on me.

  • lmao

  • pure orgasm :X

  • sad life

  • @stevdsvegas fuck you cock muncher !

  • A little overstated wouldn't you say? Get a girlfriend snuffer, or even rub one out. Point is you are spending too much time on youtube if you consider this orgasmic level. Just watch how your sister jacks off your dad.

  • @stevdsvegas lol, it was a joke you dumb ass. i mean how the fuck can you have an orgasm like this . fucking hell man...

p.s. i hav no sister and no dad :)

  • can i haz?

  • ich nehm 2

  • the recoil of the gun pushes the vehicle back!! lol

  • @zanespn

No need for a reverse, just fire a long burst at your neighbours house to back into the garage! XD

  • I wonder, does this model still have 2x GAZ 53 engines, which are tuned, a Supe-MAZ engine (tuned KaMAZ engine) or anything new.I dare to say, does it have the JAMZ-238HD as the mammoth truck Kraz and the mobile artillery "Gvozdika"

  • A pkt, 30mm, plus a 30mm AGL. well its got the styker beat. just pic your weapon you want to pop it with, that all.

  • wht is da name of song:s it was soundtrack of ''WASABI''

  • Voodoo People - Prodigy

  • thanks ı learned ıt long time ago but still thx :D

  • mamamia, awsome gun xD

  • the ultimate thing to have when zombies attack :)

  • Wow this is a pretty good Weapon for Troop protection.

  • This model of BTR-60 still using two petrol engines?

  • Well, we are still using gas powered cars so a much smaller ammount of BTR-60 and BRDM-2s shouldn't be a big deal.

  • the Hungarian ones have a V8 Kamaz Diesel engine

  • no. one

  • @alongthebluff Yes,two tuned GAZ-53 V8 engines.Although petrol, they can start very well under cold conditions and like the AK47,quite reliable.

  • There is very little improvement in terms of survivability; anything bigger than 7.62mm can penetrate the hull, and the petrol engine will caught fire easily if anything happen, that is why most military vehicle around the world utilizing diesel fuel.

Anyway I am impressed with the firepower, it has been improved significantly. Although for me the original 14.5mm KPVT is powerful enough for such class of vehicle, at least the KPVT can penetrate the LAV (without module add-on armour).

  • Most Russian trucks and machines use petrol, because they are intended to use in extreme conditions, like in Siberia, which is very cold.GAZ-53 truck for example, can start easily, even in -30 degrees,if the carburetor is tuned just right.

  • Afghanistan and Chechnya showed that KPVT is good, but yet not enough to effectively suppress typical reinforced guerilla ambush positions in mountains or urban environment.

  • This truck is good for police forces to prevent the terrorist!

  • wow, id love to see what just one shot would do to a person, that is some massive firepower (from what it looks like) its moving the truck back from the recoil!

  • haha, looks like truck nuts at 2:26.

  • 2:09... beautiful flowers amongst a lovely vehicle.

  • Glory to the Russian soldier

  • Cool. GO RUSSIA...

  • I hate when people add music to videos like this. this is supposed to be about weapons fire so why the fuck is this stupid ass music fucking up what would have otherwise been a good video.

  • Then fuck off if you don't like The Prodigy...

  • No way in hell would get the BTR-60, not even for $100. You can haul ass in it but it's hell trying to load or unload! Sticks military wise and stinks as a truck. Unless you put a door in the ass then maybe....

  • your grammar is terrible but i'm guessing you're trying to imply that you wouldn't use BTR

what you gotta remember is that this vehicle was considered top quality, and could be made in quantity as well, back in the cold war. besides if you compared this and the BMP 1/2 to the american M113 which was used at the time the BTR was also in full production and use, the BTR was loads better

  • Top quality? What do you mean? Better build?

I don't know about that, but because you have to climb on the side of the vehicle to get in, you are a sitting duck for the enemy. It's just a hassle. It carries 16, which I love, but getting in and out is just a hassle.

  • you're going to be a sitting duck trying to dismount from any kind of vehicle it's uncomfortable in any kind of an APC anyway so i don't think the soldiers would be crying

and it was a Top quality vehicle back in the cold war era. that's when this was used... it was a much better build than the American M113 which was the most used APC for the western countrys. the BTR had more firepower, held more men, was faster, broke down less, and commonly a much stronger gun. the m113 had more varients tho

  • Held more men? Except for the the 60, the rest held 7 men...... a full squad in some countries, but less still. How's the space inside? And do you know why they chose to put the engine in the back?

  • in most vehicles the engine is in the back, usually this is different usually in APC's but the Russians chose not to.

7 men are usually placed inside of an APC in western countrys due to the tactic of using APC fire teams. 3 men in "fire support" 4 men in the "rifle support" and the APC is the last fire team.

but we must compare russian tactics to western tactics. the russians had a much larger army than us, so they would want to get more men into a single vehicle to overrun us.

  • Well yea, exactly, if the Russians wanted to put more men into a vehicle, why would they replace the 60s w/ 7 seaters? I don't know how big Soviet squads were but their tactics was to overwhelm by number.... just doesn't make sense to make a 7 seater, although people do say that it is very spacious...... again not Soviet like......

  • well the BTR was also made to be an amphibious vehicle, so i'd think they're want it too hold as many people as possible, it wasn't commonly used as that, but i know for a fact that there weren't alot of amphibious vehicles so you'd want to get as many in one as possible.

Another reason, is that the BTR was created very soon after WW2, and even at post WW2, halftracks were still used, and the BTR's complete idea was off of them, and most Halftracks carry about 15 people. standardization i guess

  • At once it is visible that served in army somebody inside sat to that-that one hit RPG and all were lost during the Chechen war all went from above by the reservation, inside put wounded men. About survivability an armored troop-carrier, БМП cars 5 holes from RPG-7 sometimes came and nevertheless they reached to terrible
