As opposed to your first video with Chewy, the crest display here is normal when a cockatoo is hapy and playful. He is not puffing up, being bigger, just having fun.
For some reason I have found that some toos do not take well to camera up close unless you take the time to get them used to it over time. Chewy looks happier in this one and that's great.
