Moving vehicles shots are good whenever luck is part of it or not.

It's like shooting a moving flying attack chopper with a tank shell from a hill or angle (happened to me a couple of time) or shooting a low flying Blackhawks pilot and making the chopper crash with 4 crew members giving you 1 kill since the game don't count after-effect kills. (I raged when it happened to me)

Whatever it is luck or skill on the player part, it's luck on the gameplay part as you can't know when someone will pass

It takes a lot of luck but there is some skill involved in getting onto the target on time. I have done a similar shot in Road to Jalalabad on Battlefield 2 on the pc a very long time ago. I know mine was a pure fluke but to be fair if he made that shot a thousand times I think only one would produce such a great result. It is mostly luck for sure.

@Jeremyzor The bullet has to travel, which means you have to lead targets. It doesn't instantly hit people like in COD. Hence why he shot in front of the jeep.
