Those officers obviously never had ammonia fumes forcefully held in front of their noses to see how much of a struggle it is to even attempt to breath after the fumes enter their nostrils. This kind of thing happens in boot camps and in prisons all over the country. These people are in there to pay their debt to society and they end up paying with their lives. They have no help on the outside other than their family. They get away with it because the Warden or the regional turns a blind eye to what's going on all they care about is getting a paycheck. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to this childs family he did not deserve what they did to him.

If you watch the video, the guy who is the toughest on him is black. I worked at a place like this, and it was the black staff who were hardest on the black kids. The black kids, without fail, were the most likely to disrupt the unit, and the black staff were by far the most likely to put them back in line. It's the way of the world.

I am a military officer who has served in the military for 13 years. I have been through Enlisted boot camp as well as officer training. I can honestly say that I don't know what the hell they were trying to teach the individual. There are ways to instill discipline that do not include the use of ammonia brutalizing an individual to the ground. Furthermore, these law enforcement officers are a disgrace to themselves, their family, and the county/state that they represent.
